Processing & Shipping

Taylor Pryde products are handcrafted, and many items are made specifically for each customer.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Taylor Pryde is not responsible for carrier delays. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to help determine the appropriate next step.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Shipping Rates:
Orders under $100 ship for a flat $6.95 Insured Shipping & Handling fee. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Area:
Taylor Pryde currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
